Frequently Asked Questions

Travel Policy

No charge for clients within a 20 mile radius of the I-69 and I-75 intersection. Outside of that area, you will be charged for a minimum of ½ hour.
 

Cancellation Policy

No charge for a 24-hour or more notice of cancellation. Clients will be charged a cancellation fee of 1 hour for cancelling less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.

Payments Accepted

Cash and check are prefered. Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted through Square with a 3% processing fee added to total billed services.
 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of technical repair services, no refunds are offered. However, we will work with you to make it right and get your device functioning properly.
